April 2024 Board Meeting Minutes

The agenda for April was:
1. Introductions
2. Vote for approval of board member agreement
3. Q & A regarding bylaws
4. Code of Ethics
5. Set deadline for nominations of board officers

In attendance: Chuck, Matthew, April

The current board member agreement was approved by majority vote.
The board voted to set the deadline for turning in new board member agreements at July 1, 2024.
The deadline for board officer nominations was set at July 31, 2024. To be able to serve on the board, the officer must have completed and turned in a board member agreement and it must be on file.
Once all nominations are completed, an online ballot will be created where members may vote for officers.
The deadline for electing officers by vote will be October 1, 2024.
Board Officer roles and descriptions will be posted on this forum. Discussion at next meeting (May 2024) regarding which roles will be critical to mission success.
Code of Ethics will be discussed on forum under the Code of Ethics topic. When the code has been finalized it will be voted on by the board. Any input on the development of the Code of Ethics will be welcome, and feedback will be solicited.

Yes, he shared today that the zoom link is recurring and can be saved and used for future meeting.
