We are a group of licensed counselors, offering a wide variety of services including trauma-informed care, brief supportive therapy, walk and talk therapy, and counseling for life adjustments such as grief or loss. In addition to traditional counseling, Amanda is a certified guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and offers guided nature connection walks or forest bathing. Amanda also co-facilitates a free, donation only monthly group called SING/Spirituality in Nature Group at various parks and outdoor settings in the East TN region thru Shakti in the Mountains, a wellness and community center located in Johnson City, TN.
