Nurture Through Nature Counseling
I started Nurture Through Nature Counseling after years of dreaming of combining my passions of helping people in times of struggle and the healing powers of the outdoors.
As a licensed professional counselor and ecotherapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their inner worlds and discover the tools and strategies they need to feel more grounded, balanced, and fulfilled in their lives.
In my work with clients, I take a holistic approach addressing, not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes. Additionally, I specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals, helping them embrace their sensitivity as a gift and manage their heightened emotions and overwhelming demands of daily life.
In all my work, I approach my clients with compassion, empathy, and non-judgment while tailoring my methods to meet the specific needs of each person.
