At the meeting we decided to hold the monthly board meetings on the third Thursday of every month.
We also decided to approve the Board Member Agreement as read, and to set a deadline of the July 2024 meeting to have the signed agreements returned. Once everyone has returned a Board Member Agreement, we will begin the process of nominating officers for the board.
Any items for the April board meeting agenda should be submitted no later than April 15.
