Listen to and participate in each of the guided meditation recordings in the following lessons.

You will be participating in four different mindful meditations.

The meditations that follow are:

  1. Basic mindful meditation
  2. Mindful body scan meditation
  3. Mindful acceptance meditation
  4. Observing and describing meditation

Before you begin each meditation, find a comfortable place where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the meditation. If you are wearing any tight or restrictive clothing you may wish to loosen it before continuing, or to change into something more comfortable.

You don’t have to do all of the meditations consecutively. You may wish to spread them out over a period of several days.


Student Forum

On this forum you can post questions for feedback from the instructor(s) and/or other students, and request clarification and support on course materials. The instructor generally checks the forum at least once per week.

The forum is available to all registered users of this website.
