The handbook that accompanies this course, The Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy Workbook, was originally published in 2016. This new version of the course was completed in January of 2022 to reflect the most recent research in the fields of mindfulness and ecotherapy.
The updated and improved Second Edition of the workbook was released in September of 2021.
The new program that accompanies the course is available entirely online and is self-paced, meaning that you can start at any time and complete the program at any time you like. You have up to a year to complete the courses once started.
