Natural Eating isn’t about food. It’s about your relationship with food. This online program for the general public features techniques for changing your eating patterns through intuitive eating, and mindfulness.

The 7Cs of Natural Eating is based on the principles of Intuitive Eating and Mindful Eating. It’s not a diet program. It looks at the psychology of eating and how to modify your relationship with food so that you eat more naturally and in a healthy manner.
This is the research phase of the online program. If you are selected to participate, you will be sent one lesson per week for 12 weeks. The Natural Eating Program will include a Natural Eating Food Tracker spreadsheet in Excel format that you may download for your own personal use during the program. We are researching the effectiveness of our future Natural Eating Program, which will include mindfulness and ecotherapy exercises. Selected participants will receive all online course materials for FREE in exchange for doing a brief survey at the beginning and the end of the program.
